M E M B E R S H I P
As provided for in Article II, Section 1 of the coop bylaws:
“The membership of this cooperative shall be voluntary and open
to all persons able to use its services and willing to accept the
responsibilities of membership, without gender, social, racial,
cultural, political or religious discrimination.”
Management staff of the cooperative are qualified to become
ASSOCIATE members and may apply as a REGULAR member of the cooperative
after rendering satisfactory service of one and a half (1 ½ ) years upon
recommendation of the general manager.
KINDS OF MEMBERS
Regular – A regular member is one who has complied with all the membership
requirements and is entitled to all the rights and privileges of membership.
Associate –An associate member is one who has no right to vote or to be
voted upon and shall be entitled only to such rights and privileges as the bylaws may provide
An associate members becomes a regular member if he/she:
1. Meets the minimum requirements of regular membership;
2. Has at least two (2) years residence with the cooperative;
3. Avails of the coop’s loaning program with prompt payment and incurs at least two (2) loaning cycles; and
4. Signifies his/her intention to become a regular member.

faithfully promote the Code of Ethical Standards of the Cooperative, and that I will faithfully perform my duties
and responsibilities as member/officer of this Cooperative. SO HELP ME GOD.
